Hyde Park View is locally owned and operated by Elim Lodge Inc., a Saskatoon-based charitable corporation with more than 40 years of experience in senior living. Elim Lodge Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors which is comprised of members from its supporting churches.

Suites will range in size from 821 sq. ft. to 1281 sq. ft. See the variety of Suites Plans by clicking on the Floor Plans tab.

There are electrified, outdoor spots available for $75/mth. Incoming residents may put their name on a waiting list for indoor parking which is $150/mth and generally comes with a storage unit. 

Hyde Park View is part of the Saskatoon Crime Free Multi-Housing Program. This is a program organized through the Saskatoon Police Service. The purpose of the program is to ensure the safety and security of residents who reside in multi-housing buildings like ours. One of the requirements of the program is for potential residents to provide a Criminal Occurrence Security Check. This is one of many requirements for a building to obtain certification.

The Security Check is obtained at the Saskatoon Police Service building at 76 – 25th Street East. Two pieces of ID are required, one of which must be photo ID. A driver’s license and health card are the most common forms of ID. An application form must be filled out. A fee is payable by cash or debit card. If the results are clear, your record check will be returned to you within minutes. If you have further questions, you can call the Police Service at 306-975-8305.

The monthly life-lease fee is lower than market rental rates. Current rates are provided during suite tours.

Water and sewer are included in the monthly fee. Electricity is not included. Each suite has its own electricity meter and you are billed directly from Sask Power.

SaskTel Basic Max TV is included. SaskTel Infinet 20 (internet) is included as well as Wi-Fi in common areas.

No. The resident supplies their own washer, condensing dryer, refrigerator and stove. Sometimes, these are available for purchase from previous residents. The microwave and dishwasher are built in.

Rental apartments range from 680 sq. ft. up to 907 sq. ft.

Residents have 16 meal credits per person included in the monthly life-lease fee. Lunch is worth one meal credit and supper is worth two meal credits. Additional meals are available for purchase.
